Our hardwood tatting shuttles, manufactured here in our workshop, are light enough to glide through the hand, yet constructed so as to guard against point breakage. Ribs have a slight convex shape, meeting at the points with a hair's width space between them. Brass pins secure the top and bottom ribs to the quarter inch thick center piece. Overall measurements are approximately 3 3/4"long x 7/8" wide, with your choice of woods below.
