1 Quart heavy cream Juice of 3 lemons 2 tbsp grated lemon peel Juice of 2 oranges 1 tbsp grated orange peel 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 fifth of dry white wine or dry sherry In a large bowl, whip the cream until thick and airy. Mix the lemon & wine until well blended. Pour this wine mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in just enough to mix. The mixture should be fluffy. Taste. Add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter drink.
